Waterfront, Seven Tree Pond about twelve miles from Camden and one mile from Union Common. Private and secluded property on two acres with over 200 ft. of water frontage. Pond is two miles long and part of a chain of three ponds which is a sanctuary for loons. Dock and swimming float, small sandy beach. Canoe comes with rental. Park-like setting leading down to water's edge. Neighbor to the left not visible. Pls. note: caretaker lives in barn apt. on the property. Deck for outdoor living or picnic on the table on the lawn.
Style:
1940's Cape Cod house with additions and updates over the years. Comfortable, casual furnishings.
First Floor:
Enter into the dining area stairs to the second floor are across the room. The kitchen is to the left and flows into the living room which has French doors to a deck with gas grill and pond views. The master bedroom with a queen bed and a large bathroom with tub/shower and are at the end of the kitchen right before the living room.
Second Floor:
Up the stairs by the dining area you enter a large room with a double bed at one end and two twin beds at the other.
