Built in 1870 and updated winter 2002-03 with contemporary amenities. Furnished with a mix of new comfortable pieces and beautiful antiques.
First Floor:
Enter the side door into the kitchen. Off the right side of the kitchen is a formal dining room which leads to the formal living room. The front entrance hall is through the living room. Off the left side of the hall is a bathroom with tub and shower and stairs leading to two bedrooms. Off the back of the kitchen is a breakfast room with a bay window and French doors to back deck. There is a family room with gas fireplace off breakfast area. Through the family room are stairs to the master bedroom suite.
Second Floor:
Up the stairs at the front of the house you find two bedrooms (queen, two singles) and full bath (T/S). At the other end of the house, the stairs in the family room lead to a new master suite with a queen bed, gas fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The laundry is in the cellar.
