Four acre property with 200 feet of pebble/sand beachfront just off front yard. Spectacular views of Islesboro and Penobscot Bay. Wrap around deck for enjoying the view. Private and secluded yet just a walk down the beach to buy coffee and a newspaper. The rate shown is based on an occupancy of 4. This property can accommodate up to 6 for an additional $25 per adult. If rented for only 2 people, the rate will be decreased by $25 per adult.

Built in 1993 with comfortable, cottage feeling furnishings. Light and sunny with high ceilings.
First Floor:
Enter into first floor into a hallway to the left is a queen bedroom with bath (shower) and a powder room with a stackable washer and dryer to the right. Straight ahead to the open living/dining area with fireplace and windows with views to the water. At the far end of the living area is a study nook. The kitchen with cathedral ceilings is open to the dining and living areas and completes the first floor.
Second Floor:
Upstairs to master bedroom (queen) with a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the bay. A full bath (deep tub/shower) and bedroom with two twin beds completes the second floor.
