Nestled on the shores of Levenseller Pond, down a dirt road, the property is approximately twenty minutes from Camden, Belfast, or Lincolnville Beach.  It’s just a short drive to Lincolnville Center and the renowned Lincolnville General Store, filled with history and artisan wood-fired pizzas and treats.

Sparrow Hawk House has two bedrooms: a downstairs master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a downstairs double twin trundle bed, and an upstairs loft with two full beds. This property is perfect for a couples getaway or a small family retreat.

Sparrow Hawk House neighbors its sister property, Chickadee Cottage. If you are looking to accommodate a larger family, both are available to rent together. Both properties have their own private dock and lake front access to enjoy. The fishing is plentiful and the options for fun in the sun are endless. Inquire about our paddle board and canoe rentals for pond exploration. This quiet pond only allows non-motorized boats.

Fall asleep to the sounds of nature and awake to enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck, as the sun rises over Levenseller Mountain.
