Classic Beauchamp Cottage is a center chimney antique cape built in 1858. The house has 1500 square feet, with lovely pine floors and updates necessary for modern living while keeping the charm of the cottage. House is furnished with a collection of antiques. This house is bright and sunny with windows large enough to offer lots of light.
Enter into a small mudroom and then into the charming kitchen with it’s painted cabinets and a dining area overlooking the back yard and stone wall. From the kitchen walk into a large hallway; straight ahead at the front of the house is a bedroom with a full/double bed; bath with shower is off of the hallway. The bright and charming living room is at the front of the house.
The two bedrooms and bath are at the top of the stairs. Larger bedroom has a queen bed and small bedroom has a twin bed with trundle. Large bath has a nice size soaking tub with hand-held shower spray.
